I found a calculation error. How do I report it?
Please email us with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Include the tool name, the inputs you used, and the expected vs. actual result. We take accuracy very seriously and will investigate promptly.
How we use the messages we receive
Most messages we get fall into one of four categories: tool requests (asking us to add a calculator or converter), bug reports (something miscomputes or fails to load), feature requests for existing tools (extra options, additional units, more file formats), or partnership and content enquiries. Tagging your message with the kit name (CalcWise, BizKit, ResumeKit, FitCalc, DevKit, DesignKit, SEOKit, TextKit, UnitSnap, PDFTools, or StudentKit) and the specific tool you are referring to helps us route the message to the right person and respond faster.
What to include in a bug report
- The exact URL of the tool that misbehaved.
- The browser and operating system you are using (e.g. Chrome 131 on Windows 11).
- The inputs you typed and the result you received, plus what you expected.
- Whether the issue happens consistently or only sometimes.
- If possible, a screenshot.
For calculation issues, please include both the inputs and the expected formula or a reference source — many financial and tax calculations have multiple valid conventions and we want to make sure we are comparing the same one.
Privacy of your message
Messages submitted through this form arrive in a private inbox we monitor on weekdays. We do not add senders to mailing lists, share your email address with third parties, or use your message for marketing. If you ask us to delete a thread after we respond, we honour that request the same day.
